Installation & Settings

Welcome to HardPlanner! This page will help you get started with the basic app settings.

Opening HardPlanner​

HardPlanner is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and works directly in your browser, no app store installation required.

  1. Go to app.hardplanner.nl
  2. Create an account or log in

Installing the app on your phone​

For the best experience, add HardPlanner to your home screen.

Android (Chrome)​

  1. Open app.hardplanner.nl in Chrome
  2. Tap the menu (three dots, top right)
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen

iOS (Safari)​

  1. Open app.hardplanner.nl in Safari
  2. Tap the share icon at the bottom
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen
tip

As an installed PWA, HardPlanner also works offline, so you always have access to your lineup and schedule during a festival.

Account settings​

After logging in, you can customize the following under Settings:

  • Theme — choose a color theme that fits your style
  • Notifications — set when you want to receive a notification (e.g. when a set is about to start)
  • Security — set a PIN or biometric lock for extra privacy
